JM Grace Lam has a deep understanding of the dynamics and unconscious of groups. She consults for organisations and governments in the region on leadership development using a systems psychodynamics approach. As a facilitator, Grace is creative, dynamic, and inspiring. She is able to bring out the best in the people that she works with.
Grace graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with Honours in Political Science. She has a Masters degree in Organisational Leadership from Monash University and is currently a doctoral candidate in the field of systems psychodynamics. Upon her graduation, she worked in the Singapore Civil Service as a senior political analyst before joining the private sector as a principal in boutique venture capital firm. Grace is also a trained and certified coach. In 2018, Grace became the first Singaporean to qualify as a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) in the organisational field with the European Association of Transactional Analysis.
Grace is a full-time consultant, facilitator and coach with SeraphCorp Institute.

Grace is also very happily married to a TGIF (Tall Good-looking Indian Fella’), a proud mummy of two precocious boys, and a happy paw-rent to Enzo, her border collie. She spends most of her time trying to outwit her boys (all four of them) and the rest of her time embarking on madcap adventures. Grace makes no secret that her favourite among the boys is Enzo because unlike the others, he doesn’t talk back.
