Elvin Tay

Elvin Tay graduated with an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He began his career in a test services company, where he held various leadership roles in materials testing, failure analysis and consultancy services in Singapore and Malaysia.

Elvin subsequently moved on to the healthcare industry, leading a pioneering team of engineers to transfer the technology of assembling therapeutic medical devices from Germany to Singapore and China. He continued to establish and develop the business operations of the company, with wide-ranging roles in quality management, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing. As a General Manager, Elvin dedicated much time in identifying strategic partnerships and building dealer relationships in the Asia Pacific region for the company.

With his broad spectrum of experiences ranging across various industries and countries, Elvin has developed good business acumen, strong leadership in human resource management, and good communication skills with people from different business operations worldwide.

Elvin has an Advanced TA (Transactional Analysis) Certificate and is a trained and certified coach. Elvin is qualified to use the EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Emotional Intelligence tool, and he is also a certified DiSC Behavioural Consultant. Elvin is currently attaining higher levels of certification for conducting PEAKS Personality Profiling.
