Grievance Policy
SeraphCorp seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to attempt to solve any grievances in a timely and fair manner. Learners have the right to file a grievance regarding presentation or content, facility concerns, or instructor/faculty behaviour. All grievances will be addressed to the best of our ability to prevent further problems. This policy is in compliance with Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) and Singapore’s Committee of Private Education (CPE) requirements.
Learners should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the instructor, staff, or learner with whom they have an issue. If they are not comfortable approaching the individual, they can approach SeraphCorp’s Corp Team members or SeraphCorp’s directors and managers handling the respective accounts. All cases are escalated to the Executive Director so that service recovery can be timely and appropriately carried out.
