Course Overview
Your past learning experiences informs the way you show up as an educator. This 4 hour workshop is based on key concepts in TA about our past experiences, and how we co-create the learning experience with our students. Come to explore your own past learning experiences through stories, and discover what you bring with you into the learning space. This programme comes with 2 sessions of individual TA supervision, where you can process insights from the workshop and build a more effective teaching practice. Group sizes for this workshop will be kept small, so book soon to avoid disappointment.
Stories of Learning
- A 4-hour online workshop, coupled with 2 hours of post-workshop individual supervision for application and integration
- Based on the “Four Story Exercise” developed by Fanita English, and the relational learning concept by Trudi Newton
- Experience the concept of learning scripts and understand its implications on your identity and teaching style as an educator

Course Suitability
This programme is suitable for
Educators or anyone involved in learning or teaching who have attended a TA101. Non-educators who are interested are also very welcome (although you will also need a TA101).
