The Seraphcorp Team

A team of leaders to guide your team of leaders

SeraphCorp is about leaders leading leaders. We strongly believe that it takes a leader to lead a leader. And that until you’ve been at the helm, you cannot comprehend the nuances of leadership, nor can you effectively coach leaders.

For this reason, we recruit our faculty wholly from the ranks of leaders. Our faculty members have been variously CEO, CFO, general manager, founders of companies, head banker and director.

Seraphcorp Faculty Members are:

• Leaders with a track record in leadership.
• Exclusive to SeraphCorp.
• Punctiliously trained
• Thought leaders

Leaders with a track
record in leadership

It takes a good leader to build good leaders. It is no accident that the profile of our faculty closely mirrors that of our participants: both are a compilation of chiefs, commanders, pacesetters and pioneers in domain fields with a track record in leading teams.

We recruit our faculty of leaders from diverse fields and industries in order to offer a multi-faceted perspective on leadership development. Our team are armed with extensive experience in the fields of: aviation, civil service, engineering, banking, manufacturing and property development.

Exclusive to seraphcorp.

Our faculty is exclusive. Deliberately so. All faculty members are exclusive in offering their facilitation services in the WSQ LPM only to SeraphCorp. Our handpicked team shares our passion to impact and empower lives. Because of this, all members of our team willingly commit their service wholly to SeraphCorp. By keeping our team small and exclusive, we are able to assure our clients that all faculty members share our values and ideas, are committed to our vision and will uphold your trust in them.

Punctiliously trained

Our faculty members never stop training. We not only have some of the most experienced consultants in the field, we invest heavily to make sure they are some of the best trained consultants in the field. All our faculty members are trained in contemporary Transactional Analysis, counselling and/or executive coaching. And we invest heavily in the continual training of our team. To equip our faculty members with the skills to effectively teach adults, we regularly close the company to conduct capacity building.

Every year we set aside time to learn as a team. Each year, we close SeraphCorp for several weeks and fly in a team of thought leaders to train us. Many of our faculty members are Associate Adult Educators with the Adult Education Network of the Institute of Adult Learning in Singapore. Many are also registered members of European Association of Transactional Analysis or International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis or are accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

Thought Leaders

We never stop pushing the envelope in learning. Small as our team is, each member is an active contributor to research on learning. Our faculty members are engaged in research work on innovative methods in leadership development, diagnosis, intervention and performance measurement. They apply these revolutionary learning theories in our programmes to benefit our clients.
