Seraph is committed to partnering our clients in their leadership development efforts. To that goal, Seraph has incorporated some of the most advanced internationally validated learning tools and instruments into its learning programmes. And we promise that we will do it in our customary cool, funky, happy, fun and very effective fashion!

Our Training Process
Consult
Our training consultants will sit down with you to review and identify your training needs. Together, we’ll set the desired outcomes, objectives, goals and costs.
Design
We will then proceed to design and customise a training programme especially to meet your training needs and learning styles.
Train
Once the training courseware has been developed and agreed on, training and facilitation will be conducted with professionalism and with passion.
Review & Follow-Up
Our best means bringing to you a holistic and effective training programme. No quick fixes.
As such, we will take some time to review that learning has been assimilated and put into practice. We want to make sure that the objectives and goals we set together earlier have been achieved.
Our Training Methodology
Awareness
We begin by creating awareness and building know-how. Sure theory isn’t everything. But most times, it’s at least something. Often times, it’s foundational and that’s important; when you want to be excellent, you’ve got to know the stuff.
Acceptance
The challenging bit. At this stage, we hope to help you not only get a sense of where you are and what you have accomplished but the distance ahead as well. We aim to help you celebrate your strengths, acknowledge your limitations and recognise the challenges ahead.
Adaptation
The even more challenging bit. But change and adaptation are crucial for all of us to stay relevant, survive and get better at whatever it is we are doing. So we’ll be there for you and support you to get through this.
