Empower! is a 2 day self-awareness and relationship management program customized for educators and education administrators. Based on Transactional Analysis, the branch of social psychology founded by Dr Eric Berne, Empower! begins with self-knowledge, and then empowers educators to understand how to relate and communicate effectively with parents, students and colleagues.
Emotional Intelligence for Students
Enable! is a 2 day program to equip educators to negotiate the realm of Emotional Intelligence for primary and secondary schools. The program integrates concepts from Daniel Goleman, Transactional Analysis and pedagogical principles used in Singapore schools. Participants will understand emotional intelligence in the context of the local school system and issues faced by local students.
Facilitated by ex-teachers, counselors and certified emotional intelligence facilitators, Enable! brings a fresh perspective that will take away the confusion over emotional intelligence and separate fact from fiction. This program can be separated into two 1-day modules.
Mentoring and Coaching for Educators
Embrace! is a 2 day program that prepares educators with the knowledge and skills to better mentor and coach other educators. Based on core coaching concepts like the GROW model by John Whitmore, Embrace! provides educators with experiential activities and hands-on practice in a safe and affirming environment. This program can be separated into two 1-day modules.
