Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA)

TA is a study of social psychology developed by Dr Eric Berne (1958). It is used widely in governments, militaries and in the corporate sector as a tool for greater self-awareness, acceptance and as an intervention to maximise organisational performance. Seraph has developed a 2-day Introduction to TA to help organisations understand that basic concepts in TA and how it can be used in the corporate setting.
