Leading as a Coach is a 2 day programme designed for senior executives holding leadership positions. The progamme gives an insight into the new and evolving world of executive coaching and adapts international executive coaching models for managers. Managers will be empowered to understand when to coach, how it differs from mentoring and given hands on practice in coaching tools during this programme. Participants will be equipped to be more effective in bringing out the best of people in their teams!
