The LPM WSQ framework is designed for leaders and managers to chart corporate leadership capabilities and shape a roadmap for leadership development. It enables leaders and managers to advance your career and skills through the attainment of modularised units of competency under a nationally recognised framework.
Twenty-eight competencies have been identified for leaders and managers at the managerial and transformational levels.

Manage Self is a 3-day learning program designed to help leaders function at their best. Drawing on theories and research in the areas of Transactional Analysis and EQ, “Manage Self” prepares leaders “to be” rather than just “to do”.
Basic course outline:
• Self-awareness using Transactional Analysis concepts
• Communications: overview, using Transactional Analysis, techniques, listening and feedback
• Influencing Decisions: facilitating and implementing decisions, motivating your team
• Self-development: understanding your leadership style (DiSC), emotional well-being and resilience, evaluation processes
