LPM-RES-501C-0 Facilitate Achievement of Results
This module integrates two Competency Units namely Facilitate Change and Facilitate Achievement of Results which addresses the skills and knowledge required to facilitate change at senior levels for effective results. The course equips learners to facilitate innovation in order to create opportunities for change. Leaders will also learn how to foster an environment that helps the organisation to adapt to change by cultivating the disciplines of the Learning Organisation. In addition, the course will help learners to manage and monitor the organisational changes for lasting results.

The programme is conducted in an informal and interactive style peppered with discussions, real life illustrations, reflective and introspective exercises and case studies.
The assessments are a combination of written work, case studies, group work and presentations.
The average teacher-student ratio is 1:15.

This is a part-time programme.
Note 1: All Singaporean and SPR learners enjoy funding up to 50% of course fees capped at $15/hour.
Note 2: Singaporean aged ≥ 40 years enjoy funding up to 90% of course fees capped at $50/hour.
Note 3: SME-sponsored eligible learners enjoy funding up to 90% of course fees capped at $50/hour and absentee payroll up to $7.50/hour.
Note 4: Non-SME sponsored eligible learners enjoy funding up to 50% of course fees capped at $15/hour and absentee payroll up to $4.50/hour.
