A fundamental skill that good leaders possess is developing and grooming their team members to be more effective at their jobs. Learn how to identify skills gaps and learning needs, how to motivate your team members to be lifelong learners, and how to facilitate coaching conversations as a manager-coach. Learners will also receive a one-hour free face-to-face coaching session conducted at the SeraphCorp office.

The programme is conducted in an informal and interactive style peppered with discussions, real life illustrations, case studies and experiential exercises.
The assessments are a combination of written work, case studies and group work.
The average teacher-student ratio is 1:15.
