Cultivate Workplace Relationships
Almost all the leaders we’ve spoken to have said the same thing: “The work is easy, managing the people—now that’s the tricky part.” Let SeraphCorp help take some of the guesswork out of the equation in fostering strong bonds between your team members. Learn how to make the most out of your network, how to leverage on diversity (and not fear it!), and how to smoothen out the wrinkles when the team fights (it’s totally normal!).
• Promote workforce diversity
• Manage conflict
The programme is conducted in an informal and interactive style peppered with discussions, real life illustrations, case studies and experiential exercises.
