To that end, Seraph has adopted a five-prong approach to leadership development that includes consulting, training, counselling, coaching and mentoring, and recruitment. We offer the following coaching & mentoring services:







One-to-one helping coaching sessions

Seraph offers certified executive coaches to work with individuals on a one-to-one basis. This professional service involves a professional helping (or enabling) relationship between a coach/mentor and a coachee/mentee.

Through this process, we seek to discover, assess, and understand the issues, challenges and concerns a client/coachee/mentee is experiencing and to explore how we can address them effectively.

This professional service is available to individuals and organisations.  Each session is about an hour long. Coaching packages are available as well. Call us to find out more.

Coaching training for groups

Seraph offers training for managers and leaders on micro-skills on coaching and mentoring. These training sessions are an effective mix of theory and hands-on practical sessions and can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Managers and leaders will themselves be assigned a coach to partner them along their coaching and mentoring journey.
